# Trading Volume

Тrading volume refers to the total amount of traded cryptocurrency equivalent to US dollars during the given timeframe. EigenPhi uses it to rank the [liquidity pools](https://eigenphi.io/ethereum/pool/freq) and [tokens](https://eigenphi.io/ethereum/pool/token) to show you which ones of them provide better opportunities.
